Hambas Returns Policy
Howzit! Let’s start by thanking you for choosing Hambas gear. That said, if you are here looking to return or exchange any product of ours, we’re here to help. But first, let’s ensure your item qualifies for return by having a look at the conditions below.
Hambas gear is eligible for exchange/return under the following conditions:
- A request for exchange/return has been made within 14 days of receiving your Hambas item(s).
- All required information has been provided in your request to return, including:
- original order number,
- current shipping address,
- brief description of the reason for return,
- photographs of product damage (in the case of manufacturing defects).*
- The items are unwashed, unused and all the original packaging is included with your returned goods.
* It has taken us over 1400 cups of coffee, 380km of testing and 2 years of late nights to develop our very first pair of socks. Trust us, we care about quality, but unfortunately manufacturing defects do occasionally slip past our quality control. If you notice any flaws within 7 days of wearing Hambas gear, give us a shout and we’ll hook you up with a replacement – plus we’ll cover the shipping costs.
Return shipping
We’ve put a huge amount of graft into making sure that you understand what you are purchasing on hambas.co.za through our size guides and thoughtful photography. The aim – so that you know exactly what you are buying. If you are exchanging an item (which is not defective) for a different size, colour or style we feel that it’s fair that you cover the shipping costs incurred to return the gear.
Hambas gear not eligible for exchange/return:
- Sale items
- Facemasks – hygienic reasons
- Purchases from retailers (refer to the specific retailer’s returns policy)
